The MDAT-GOG has released a notice stating that they have been informed of an increased threat of piracy activity in the following area until 1530 UTC 25th June 2022. A. 02°30’N 005°00’E B. 02°30’N 007°30’E C. 00°00’N 007°30’E D. 00°00’N 005°00’E They have also added that they strongly recommend that the seafaring community and ships transiting this area increase their vigilance and retain enhanced local surveillance and apply BMP WA procedures.
