Open-sources have reported that a naval drone exploded in the civilian section of the Port of Constanța, Romania (exact time and locaiton not specified). Romanian officials described the device as a type of naval drone similar to those used in the war in Ukraine. The drone was discovered earlier in the port area and had been isolated by security forces from the Romanian Intelligence Service, Coast Guard, and Ministry of Defence before it self-detonated. The explosion caused material damage to port infrastructure. No casualties have been reported.
