Open source reports state that there has been an explosion onboard two tankers from the Russian shadow fleet near the Bosphorus Strait in the Black Sea (exact position not specified), causing fires onboard. One vessel has been named as the KAIROS which was en route from Egypt to Russia. Rescue vessels have been dispatched by the Turkish Transport Ministry and it is reported that 25 crew members have been rescued.
