| Open-sources have reported that Russia's Defence Ministry claimed its forces carried out overnight missile and drone strikes on military production facilities across Ukraine on 30 July 2026, including strikes on three cargo vessels in the Black Sea (exact time not specified). The Ministry stated that one cargo vessel was struck in the port of Yuzhnyi after delivering military goods, and two additional cargo vessels south and east of Odesa were hit whilst allegedly delivering arms and military equipment to the ports of Odesa and Chornomorsk. Reports have confirmed that a Turkish-owned, Panama-flagged dry cargo vessel was struck by a drone shortly after departing Chornomorsk Port with a cargo of corn (exact position not specified).
