| Open-sources have reported that Ukrainian Unmanned Surface Vehicles (USVs) struck two oil tankers reportedly operating as part of Russia's shadow fleet in the eastern Black Sea on 16 July 2026 (exact time and position not specified). Commander of Ukraine's Unmanned Systems Forces, Admiral Magyar, has reported that eleven shadow fleet vessels were also struck by Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) from the Unmanned Systems Forces on 16 July: ten vessels in the Black Sea and one vessel in the Sea of Azov. The vessels struck comprised five oil tankers, one LNG tanker, three cargo vessels and two tugboats. Ukrainian Forces have reported that from 6 - 16 July, one hundred and forty-seven vessels reportedly operating as part of Russia's shadow fleet were struck by Ukraine's Unmanned Systems Forces: one hundred and seventeen vessels in the Sea of Azov and thirty vessels in the Black Sea. | |||||
