It has been reported that a tanker has been struck by an unknown projectile on the port side whilst travelling southbound, approximately 8nm East of Lima, Oman (exact location not specified). The impact caused a fire onboard the vessel. The Master has confirmed that there are no casualties and no environmental impact has been reported. The authorities are investigating.
