Open-sources have reported that there has been a Ukrainian Unmanned Aerial Vehicle attack on oil platforms in the Northern Caspian Sea, Russia (exact time not specified). Reports from Ukraine's General Staff indicate that three oil platforms, all "belonging to sanctioned Russian oil major Lukoil" were hit as a result of the strike, and that the damage assessment was ongoing.
