Open-source media have reported that Ukrainian Special Operations Forces have conducted an Unmanned Aerial Attack on a Russia patrol vessel and oil platform of the Filanovsky oil rig in the Northern Caspian Sea, Russia (exact time and position not specified). It is reported that the patrol vessel was designated "Project 22460 Hunter", which is noted to be part of the "Rub class" of Russian Coast Guard vessels, designed to combat surface and airborne threats. Open-sources are currently reporting that the extent of the damage is not yet confirmed.
