It has been reported that there has been an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) attack on an oil platform in the northern Caspian Sea, Russia (exact time not specified). Reports indicate that at least four UAV's struck the platform, with oil & gas production from multiple wells being halted as a result. No casualties have been reported and no determination on how long operations will be halted for at this time.
