Open-source media has reported by multiple sources that a series of drone strikes took place in the vicinity of the Novorossiysk Port on the Black Sea, Russia (exact time not specified). Sources report a number of Unmanned Surface Vessels attacked the port in the early morning, followed by aerial drone strikes on the city centre shortly after. There have been no reports of damage to vessels or port infrastructure, however two people have been reported as killed and several injured from the drone strikes hitting the office of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium. Several other buildings were also hit. A state of emergency was declared in the region following the attacks and has reportedly affected tanker loading operations.
