Open-source reports state that there has been an explosion on a dredger whilst operating in the Bystre waterway near the town of Vylkove, Ukraine (exact position and time not specified). Of the eleven crew onboard, three have been confirmed as killed, with others reported to have been taken into hospital for immediate treatment. Ukrainian media have named the vessel as the INGULSKYJ (IMO - 9646912) and reported that she had collided with a sea mine in the Danube before sinking in the waterways.
