| The UKMTO have received a report of an incident approximately 55nm Southwest of Hodeidah, Yemen (exact position not specified). UPDATE 1: The Master reported a loud bang accompanied by a flash on the port bow of the vessel. He then contacted coalition forces on VHF, who are now monitoring the situation. The vessel is proceeding to the next port of call. Authorities are investigating. UPDATE 2: The Master of the Singapore-flagged container vessel reported seeing several more explosions in the vicinity of Hodeidah, Yemen. There has been no damage reported to the vessel, the crew are reported safe and the container vessel has now cleared the area at full speed. | |||||
