Open source reports state that at approximately 17:45 UTC Iranian backed Houthis launched an unmanned Aerial vehicle over the Gulf of Aden from Houthi controlled areas in Yemen (exact position not specified). The Unmanned Aerial Vehicle was successfully engaged by a coalition aircraft. Later, on 11/05/2024 between approximately 01:30 and 01:45 UTC US Central Command forces successfully destroyed three Unmanned Aerial Vehicles launched by Iranian Backed Houthis over the Red Sea from Houthi controlled areas in Yemen (exact position not specified). There were no reported injuries or damage by US, Coalition or merchant vessels in either of the incidents. |
