It has been reported that Yemen's Houthi movement claimed to have launched missile and drone attacks against a "sensitive target" in Riyadh and against Saudi Aramco facilities in the Red Sea city of Yanbu, Saudi Arabia, on 24 September 2026 (exact time not specified). The claim followed a Saudi statement that six ballistic missiles fired by the Houthis toward the Taif and Yanbu areas had been intercepted. No vessel was reported as involved. Independent confirmation of impact, damage, or casualties at the Yanbu facility has not been reported at this time.
