Open-source reporting indicates that a Russian Unmanned Aerial Vehicle struck a Tanzanian-flagged vessel while the vessel was underway to a Ukrainian port (exact time and position not specified). The Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority confirmed that the ship's Captain was killed and three other crew members were injured. The condition of the vessel following the strike is still being assessed.
