| Open-sources have reported that a tugboat has been attacked by Unmanned Aerial Vehicles whilst operating off Odessa, Ukraine (exact time and position not specified). The Somali-flagged tugboat was initially struck by a UAV near Odesa before coming under further drone attacks overnight as the vessel sailed toward the Romanian port of Constanta. The attacks have resulted in two Azerbaijani crew members being killed and two others injured. Six further crew members received treatment at the scene. | |||||
