| Open-sources have reported that a Liberia-flagged tanker was struck by an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle during the night of 4/5 September 2026 whilst transiting off the coast of Samsun, Turkey, in the Black Sea (approximate position). Initial reports indicate that the vessel sustained damage to its accommodation block. No injuries have been confirmed at this time, and there have been no reports of an oil spill, fire, or need to abandon the vessel. | |||||
