It has been reported that an Israeli military helicopter conducted a missile strike on Gaza Port (exact time not specified). According to the Israeli Defence Forces, the strike targeted commanders and operatives from Hamas's elite Nukhba force during a meeting. The military stated that those targeted included a Nukhba force company commander, three platoon commanders, and several operatives who were planning attacks against Israeli troops operating in the Gaza Strip. The IDF reported that one of the individuals had participated in the 7th October 2023 attack on Israel. Palestinian media sources have reported that the strike hit a cafe near the port, resulting in six fatalities and ten injuries.
