| Open-sources have reported that two aerial drones, GERBERA type, were discovered drifting at sea in close proximity to the Neptun Deep offshore gas project in Romanian territorial waters (exact time and location not specified). A civilian vessel operating near the Neptun Deep offshore gas project sighted the drones. Romanian authorities did not specify the origin of the drones, however Ukraine confirmed they did not belong to its forces. For the safety of the shipping lane and the works being carried out around the platform, Romanian authorities made the decision to carry out a controlled destruction by detonation. | |||||
