Open-source have reported that Ukraine launched a UAV strike targeting the St. Petersburg Oil Terminal, a petroleum transshipment pier located approximately five miles from the city centre (exact time not specified). Ukraine also disclosed that an "important military target" was struck overnight in Kronstadt, a nearby naval base. The St. Petersburg Governor confirmed a "massive" drone attack and acknowledged that the oil terminal was hit, reporting no casualties at that location.
