UKMTO and closed sources have reported that a Liberian flagged bulk carrier was approached by skiff, with a black hull, carrying seven-armed persons (exact location not specified). UPDATE: The MSCIO have received further information that the skiff aggressively approached the vessel, closing to within a distance of approximately 10 meters. The approach was aborted due to the vessel's defensive measures and readiness of the armed security team and crew. All crew are reported safe and accounted for.
