| It has been reported that a barge, being towed by a Singapore flagged tug, was boarded while transiting the Eastbound lane of the Traffic Separation Scheme. A Sampan was sighted alongside and three individuals onboard the barge. The Ships master reported all crew safe and accounted for and that some scrap metal was stolen. The vessel did not require any assistance and continued on its transit. | |||||
