It has been reported that there has been an attempted robbery onboard a Hong Kong-flagged bulk carrier whilst underway in the Phillip Channel, Singapore Strait. Four perpetrators were sighted by the crew near the gangway. The master has reported all crew are safe and accounted for but unable to determine if any items were stolen. The vessel is continuing her voyage.
