It has been reported that a robbery has occurred onboard a bulk carrier whilst at anchor at Takoradi anchorage, Ghana. Reports state that two robbers boarded the vessel before being detected, causing the vessel to sound her foghorn and the perpetrators to flee the vessel. The perpetrators escaped with stolen ship's stores. The incident was reported to port control, and all crew were reported to be safe.
