It has been reported that a robbery has occurred on a bulk carrier whilst transiting the Singapore Strait, Singapore. It is reported that six robbers armed with knives boarded the vessel whilst underway. The perpetrators stole ship's engine spares before escaping. All crew members have been reported to be safe.
