| It has been reported that there has been an attempted robbery onboard a Panama flagged cargo vessel anchored at Batangas Anchorage. The crew sighted five perpetrators onboard the vessel and following a further comprehensive search of the vessel, four more perpetrators were found onboard by the Philippines Coast Guard. It has been reported that cables were stolen which were later recovered by the Coast Guard during their search. | |||||
