Open-sources have reported that a Gambian-flagged tanker, which has been sanctioned as part of the "Russian Shadow Fleet" vessel, has reportedly been struck by up to three unmanned surface vessels approximately 73nm Southeast of Yalta, Ukraine, whilst transiting to Novorossiysk Port (exact location and time not specified). The extent of the damage to the vessel has not yet been confirmed, however video footage has also been released reportedly showing strikes on the vessel. UPDATE: Open-sources have reported that Ukrainian officials have admitted responsibility for the attack, and that the vessel has been disabled. Further reports state that the crew onboard have been rescued.
