It has been reported that an attempted robbery occurred on an unmanned offshore platform off Terengganu, Malaysia (exact time not specified). Malaysian authorities were alerted and boarded the platform and discovered a quantity of cables that had been cut and rolled, as well as equipment that had been used to cut the cables. Four unarmed perpetrators were apprehended and taken to the Malaysia Maritime Enforcement Agency base in Kuala Terengganu.
