It has been reported that there has been an attempted robbery onboard a Filipino-flagged passenger ship whilst anchored off Barangay City, Philippines. The Captain spotted two perpetrators onboard and raised the alarm. The Philippines National Police Maritime group responded and intercepted a fishing vessel with the two robbers onboard. The local authorities found emergency generator spare parts that had been stolen and arrested the perpetrators.
