The UKMTO have reported that a vessel was attacked approximately 40nm Southwest of Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. The Master reported a splash in the ocean in proximity to their vessel followed by a loud bang; the type of projectile was not sighted. The vessel did not report any damage, the crew are safe, and the vessel is continuing its voyage. Clearwater have also received further information that the vessel involved was a Liberian flagged tanker.
