It has been reported that there has been a robbery on a Liberian-flagged bulk carrier whilst underway in the Phillip Channel, Singapore Strait. Five perpetrators were observed in the engine room, the alarm was raised, and the robbers fled. The Captain informed that all the crew were safe and that the vessel's spare parts had been stolen. The bulk carrier continued her voyage to Singapore.
