| It has been reported that an attempted robbery took place on board a Comoros flagged tanker whilst transiting the Phillip Channel, Singapore Strait. The master reported sighting three robbers armed with knives in the engine room and immediately sounded the alarm and mustered the crew, causing the perpetrators to escape empty-handed. All crew were reported safe and no items were reported missing. The vessel required no assistance and continued to her next port of call in Zha Bu, China. | |||||
