| It has been reported that there has been a robbery on board a bulk carrier drifting approximately 12nm North of Jakarta, Java Sea. Crew on routine rounds noticed padlocks missing on engine room and steering gear room access hatches and raised the alarm. The crew mustered and conducted a search. Upon review of their CCTV, three perpetrators were seen entering the steering gear room and escaping with engine part spares. | |||||
