It has been reported that there has been a robbery onboard a Marshall Islands-flagged tanker whilst transiting through the Philip Channel, Singapore Strait. The crew spotted five perpetrators armed with knives in the engine room. The Master has reported that all crew are safe and that some spare parts and 20 litres of lube oil were reported missing. The vessel is reported safe and reporting to her next port of call in Singapore.
