It has been reported that there has been an attempted robbery onboard a Panama-flagged tanker whilst underway in the Philip Channel, Singapore Strait. Three perpetrators, armed with knives were spotted in the engine room. The master has reported that all crew are safe. No equipment has been reported missing and the vessel did not require any assistance. The vessel will continue to her next point of call.
