| It has been reported that an attempted robbery occurred on a Marshall Islands-Flagged Bulk Carrier whilst underway in the Phillip channel, Singapore Strait. Duty crew spotted five unarmed robbers at the quarter-deck, which resulted in the perpetrators escaping empty handed. The Master confirmed that all crew were safe and accounted for and that the vessel was continuing to its next port of call in Malaysia. | |||||
