It has been reported that an attempted robbery occurred on a Greek-flagged tanker whilst underway in the Eastbound lane of the Traffic Separation Scheme, Singapore Strait. Three robbers, armed with knives were spotted on the starboard quarter of the upper deck. The alarm was raised, which resulted in the perpetrators jumping overboard. The Master confirmed that all crew were safe and accounted for and that nothing had been reported stolen.
