| It has been reported that there has been a robbery onboard a bulk carrier while underway in the Eastbound Lane of the Traffic Separation Scheme, Singapore Strait. Four perpetrators armed with a gun boarded and entered the vessel's engine room. The alarm was raised and the crew mustered. Seeing the crew's alertness, the robbers escaped with items of ship's stores. The incident was reported to the Vessel Traffic Information System and the Singaporean Coast Guards bordered to inspect the bulk carrier. | |||||
