| It has been reported that a robbery has occurred onboard a bulk carrier whilst anchored in Takoradi anchorage, Ghana. Duty crew observed three robbers armed with knives near the forecastle. The alarm was raised and local authorities notified. A perpetrator threatened a member of the crew while the others continued to look for items. When a patrol boat approached the vessel, the robbers escaped with items of ship's properties. | |||||
