| It has been reported that an attempted robbery took place on a Singapore-flagged bulk carrier whilst berthed in Belawan Port, Indonesia. The Chief Officer spotted one person attempting to board the vessel climbing a rope and a further four personnel in a wooden boat alongside. The alarm was raised and the perpetrators fled empty handed. The incident was reported to the local agent. | |||||
