It has been reported that a robbery occurred on a Marshall Islands-flagged bulk carrier whilst anchored at Panjang Anchorage, Indonesia. Duty crew spotted a person on deck and raised the alarm, which resulted in the perpetrator escaping. A full search was conducted which confirmed items of ship's spares and engine room stores gave been stolen. The incident was reported to Panjang Vessel Traffic Information Service.
