Open-sources have reported that Ukraine conducted an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle attack on the Russian port of Kapiysk in the Caspian Sea (exact time not specified). The port houses a Russian Naval base and Ukrainian sources stated that two missile ships and possible several smaller vessels were damaged in the attack. Russian sources have reported that four Unmanned Aerial Vehicles targeted the city and that one of the drones may have exploded over the Russian Naval garrison but did not report that any vessels had been damaged. Russian sources also report that one sixteen-year old girl had been hospitalised with shrapnel wounds as a result of the attack.
