| The UKMTO have been made aware of an entity declaring itself to be from the UKMTO and requesting vessels to switch on their AIS and provide present position update. The UKMTO recommends that Masters verify any calls reporting to be from UKMTO using the information published in BMP5 or on Maritime Security Chart Q6099. Vessels are advised to transit with caution and report any suspicious activity to UKMTO. | |||||
