It has been reported that there has been an attempted robbery onboard a Liberia-flagged bulk carrier while underway in the Eastbound Lane of the Traffic Separation Scheme in Phillip Channel, Singapore Strait. Two unarmed perpetrators were seen operating on the vessel, but nothing has been reported as stolen. The Captain has reported that all the crew are safe, and the vessel is continuing on her transit to the next port of call.
