| It has been reported that the crew on board a Liberia-flagged bulk carrier underway in the Phillip Channel, Singapore Strait observed three perpetrators armed with knives onboard the stern of the vessel. Nothing was reported stolen. All crew are accounted for and have been reported as safe. The vessel is transiting to its next port of call at Singapore and has not requested assistance. | |||||
