It has been reported by the UKMTO that a Liberian-flagged bulk carrier was attacked 15nm Southwest of Al Mukha, Yemen (exact position not specified). The vessel was targeted by ballistic missiles and Unmanned Aerial Vehicles. There were two explosions in close proximity to the vessel, with the first at 2006 UTC and the second at 2102 UTC on 11th of July. There is no damage to the vessel and the crew are reported safe. The vessel is proceeding to its next port of call. UPDATE: JMIC have now confirmed that the vessel involved was a Liberian flagged bulk carrier and was targeted by a total of five missiles.
