It has been reported by the UKMTO that a vessel has been attacked 40nm South of Mocha, Yemen. The authorities are investigating. UPDATE: The Master of the vessel has reported to the UKMTO that two explosions occurred in close proximity. The vessel and crew are reported as safe and are proceeding to the next port of call. Clearwater have also received further information confirming that the vessel involved was a Malta-flagged crude oil tanker and that two missiles impacted the water approximately 100 metres off the tankers port side. No damage has been reported.
