| It has been reported that one passenger boat was attacked in the Lagos waterways transiting between Apapa and Banana Island, Lagos. Initial reports indicate that up to four passengers of Lebanese and Syrian nationality have been kidnapped. One passenger is reported to be the CEO of LG Nigeria. UPDATE: It has been confirmed that the kidnapped passengers were released overnight between the 17th and 18th June 2024. | |||||
