It has been reported by the UKMTO that a vessel was attacked whilst underway 82nm South of Aden, Yemen. The Master informed the UKMTO that two explosions occurred in close proximity to the vessel. The vessel and crew are reported as safe. Clearwater have also received confirmation that the vessel involved was a Panama-flagged container ship and the projectiles hit the water approximately 200 metres from the vessel.
