| The UKMTO have received a report of an incident, approximately 74nm Northwest of Hodeidah (exact location not specified). The Master of a vessel reported that missiles were sighted and an explosion was heard approximately 4nm from the vessel. The vessel and crew are reported safe. The authorities are currently investigating. UPDATE: Further information has been received by the UKMTO from the Company Security Officer, stating that a further explosion was seen in the sea approximately 0.5nm from the vessel at 12:40 UTC. Clearwater has also received confirmed information that the vessel owners have stated a Liberian-flagged container vessel was involved in this incident and had been the targeted by the Houthi regime. | |||||
